The challenge we face is trying to figure out what studies have actually been done and where to go for information on their results. A classic example is bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). I was first introduced to this theory in 2002 and yet I still run into women who have never even heard of such a thing! I hope to change that for you.
In this section I will provide you with a continual stream of information that will assist you in making informed choices to improving your health and happiness. Over time you will enjoy the various articles, recommended books that are available, and links to resources that you will find beneficial. Because we now live longer, assume larger roles in the work place, work longer, and play harder we need to be stronger and healthier. I hope to offer tools to assist you on your journey in taking on the world!
